Da dieci anni Emiliana Ferraroni porta avanti due progetti con la stessa visione:
l'avventura nella ristorazione e Soledì Wines, la cantina dei tre fratelli Ferraroni,
con i suoi vini nati tra i vigneti del Ticino.
Oggi i due percorsi si intrecciano dando vita a un'identità unica,
che unisce cucina italiana di qualità e vini della Svizzera italiana.
Restano le persone, la visione e la passione che,
sotto la guida di Emiliana Ferraroni, danno vita al ristorante ogni giorno,
con la proposta gastronomica sempre ideata dallo Chef Felice Lo Basso.

For ten years, Emiliana Ferraroni has led two projects with the same vision:
her adventure in the restaurant world and Soledì Wines, the winery of the three Ferraroni siblings, with wines born among the vineyards of Ticino.
Today, the two journeys intertwine, creating a single identity that brings together
high-quality Italian cuisine and the wines of Italian-speaking Switzerland.
What remains are the people, the vision and the passion that,
under Emiliana Ferraroni's guidance, bring the restaurant to life every day,
with the menu still created by Chef Felice Lo Basso.
